Who handles your data

What data
Your name and email. If you give them: country, how you want to play, company or venue name, number of people, phone number. Your phone number is only saved if you consent to messages. To protect the form from abuse we also keep an irreversible fingerprint of your IP address and your browser type.
Why
To email you when Escape Your House opens (that's what the form is for). Only with the separate consents: to email you news (new cases, previews, events) and to message you on WhatsApp or by SMS on launch day and when a new case opens. No phone calls, no third-party advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent, given separately for each purpose. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us, using the unsubscribe link in every email, or replying STOP to the messages.
How long
Until launch and for the following 12 months, or until you withdraw your consent. After that, the data is deleted.
Who else sees it
Cloudflare, which hosts the site and the database. If enabled, Brevo, which sends emails and SMS, and Meta (WhatsApp) for WhatsApp messages. We never sell or hand over your data to anyone.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, or restrict its use, by writing to archivio@escapeyourhouse.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
