A story for your house
For rainy evenings, for groups of friends, for families who come back. A case written around the rooms of your property.
The licence for hosts
A story made to measure
We write a case set in your house: its history, its rooms, its village. Guests play where they sleep.
Ready-made materials
Printable sheets, envelopes, and a list of what to put back after each game.
Staff training
An hour with the people who welcome your guests: how to introduce the game, how to give hints, how to close the evening.
A reason to come back
An experience tied to your house, one guests will talk about. With each new season, a new case can be added.
Let's talk
Write to us at info@escapeyourhouse.com: what kind of property you have, how many rooms, what guests you welcome. We'll reply with a proposal.
We're starting from Valdinievole and Tuscany; further afield we work with materials and training over video call. It's a new service: the first properties are building it with us, as a pilot project.
Questions
Do we need dedicated staff?
Not for the whole game. After the training, whoever welcomes the guests introduces the game in a few minutes; the hints are written down and guests open them on their own, and if they're truly stuck there's the solution in a sealed envelope. Who steps in, and at what time, is decided with you beforehand.
What about the other guests?
We agree beforehand which areas are used and until what time: the game stays in the shared spaces or in the players' own room, never where other guests are sleeping.
Does it work for every property?
For most: the game uses doors, windows, mirrors, tables and drawers. Before writing, we check with you the rooms, times and spaces available.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the property and the story: a one-off licence or a fee for ongoing use. Write to us for a quote.
