Terms of sale

Version of 27 October 2026.

1. Who sells

Escape Your House kits are bought on Gumroad. Payment and delivery are handled by Gumroad, which is the seller: it takes the payment, applies your country's VAT, sends you the receipt and delivers the files. Gumroad's own terms, which you see before paying, also apply. For anything about the content of the kits, write to info@escapeyourhouse.com.

2. What you are buying

Printable kits: PDF files in A4 format, to download and print at home for private use. The solutions, where there are any, are in a separate file. The kit sheets (age, players, estimated duration, what you need) are on the Create page. Pack C also includes the code to open all the app's cases: it arrives in the Gumroad email and is pasted into the app, under «Hai un codice?». The paid kits sold on Gumroad are the Italian PDFs.

3. Prices

  • One printable kit (K1, K2, K3 or K4): €7.99
  • All 4 printable kits: €12.99
  • DIY kit: €9.99
  • Comics promo «Pack A»: 2 printable kits: Halloween (The Night of the Doors) and the murder mystery dinner (Three Knocks at the Kitchen Door): €7.99
  • Comics promo «Pack B»: the 4 printable kits: €12.99
  • Comics promo «Pack C»: the 4 printable kits, the DIY kit and the app with all the cases: €24.99

These are the final prices for buyers in Italy, VAT included. For other countries Gumroad calculates that country's VAT and shows the total before payment.

4. Delivery and right of withdrawal

Delivery is immediate: after payment Gumroad shows the files and emails them to you. For digital content the right of withdrawal does not apply if delivery begins with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code).

5. If something goes wrong

If a file won't open or doesn't match the description, write to info@escapeyourhouse.com with the email you bought with: we'll sort it out. Refunds and receipts go through Gumroad.

6. Permitted use

The kits are for private use: they may not be resold, republished or made available to others. Schools, associations, companies and accommodation businesses: write to info@escapeyourhouse.com.

7. Personal data

Purchase data is handled by Gumroad. Everything else: privacy notice.
